While it was good (and very picture worthy), I found it a touch bland compared to my fiancé's Classic Breakfast. He had over-easy eggs and what was likely the best bacon I've had in years. Next time, I'll probably add some bacon to my avocado toast for a little extra flavor. The coffee was smooth and satisfying. Overall, Collins Quarter is a place I'd love to return to. “ I came here with a crew of girls and we were told it would be about a 30-45 min wait. We waited and we were so surprised and happy that we were texted that our table was ready within 10 mins! We sat outside and it was covered. Food was delicious and well prepared. Everything was filling and so unique with flavors. I don't think you can really go wrong with anything. Knocking one star off because the bathroom situation is a nightmare. It's in a shared space in a lobby. When I went to the bathroom there were a solid 15 women in front of me to use the bathroom and only 3-4 stalls available. ”

We came before 11am on a Sunday and were sat right away. Sam was a great waiter, had helpful tips and very chatty. Mimosas were on point. There are a handful of vegetarian options and I was able to make the avo smash vegan with no feta and asked for the egg on the side so I could just share it. My wife got the Moroccan scramble and is still talking about how incredible her dish was, sans cilantro. Everyone was super friendly to our dog. I can see why this is a popular spot! ”
